Where should I go?
Graduation present: Travel money for me and 18yo brother (he grad. HS, I grad. college).
Parents probably can't afford overseas, but maybe Canada, Mexico, etc. We want to go somewhere he can drink, thats not really sketchy. I speak Spanish but he doesn't. I hear Quebec has 18 year old drinking requirements... Advice?
