I take your point, to a degree, with regard to allowing the auto-censor to do its job.

However, once you start mixing profanities with other words, (just see some of Dids' past posts for examples), it becomes virtually impossible to police by an auto-censor without getting to the ridiculous stage that some of the pokersites' auto-censors have reached, (where, for instance, you can't talk about the British city of Scunthorpe without being beeped out), and there has to be some responsibility left on the shoulders of the poster to realise the "invented" word may not be in the auto-censor's bank, yet as it contains an "ordinary" profanity it obviously should not be used.
