You cant make a general comment on this since it depends on how many players are at his table on average. I think mine is 37 and I am no LAG.

I don't disagree with statement about general comments, but really all stat posts can be are general comments based on the stats. Also judging from the position stats he was almost always playing 4-5 handed. So how high does your VPIP have to be before you are a LAG?

Anyway my main point was if you are having a tough streak and you are questioning whether or not you are good at poker you may want to lean to the tight side.
