It's funny because DCJ posted the same thing months ago in some other thread. I'm sure he's just some live nit grinder who is pissed at the world and all the young kids who make more money than him.

This seems accurate. Looking at his recent posts 90% of them appear to be hating on players like durrrr, ZeeJustin and Shannon. But it's cool because he has talked to Nick Schulman which he brings up in every post where he's not hating.

A regular kid, slightly unrealistic, gets disheartened by grind of job. No part of this is news.

Ok.

So somebody who 'kills' 25/50 cash is quitting poker because he didn't accomplish anything in 40 donkaments.

Ok.

i also fail to see the logic that you stopped playing cash while you were killing 25/50 to pay Chinese loses with your online money

surely if you were killing these games wouldn't it make sense to put some money back in????

most wouldn't understand, when you lose that much after making so much you are happy to get out with the money you have and never want to put that money you saved back on the line again...

I recently went broke online, was sitting with over 500k in my normal bank account (ya I know i should invest most lol) and even more in investments, and feel absolutely gut wrenchingly sick having to work out trades of my cash for online money, its just awful man, tough to explain

I never heard of Shannon Shorr before this thread, but after looking at his website, reading his blog and reading the posts of people who know him personally, it is obvious to me that he is a great guy and a very good poker player.

Even though I am a losing poker player myself, I do not enjoy reading about peoples bad streaks in poker as much as I enjoy reading about people's success in this game.
I will probably never meet the guy, but I wish him the best luck in poker and in life!

P.S TX's post was one of the best I ever read on this board.
