Default NL25: What does Limp/Re-raise Mean at uNL?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $27.05
BB: $13.95
UTG: $17.50
CO: $27.70
Hero (BTN): $24.90

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.50</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">UTG raises to $5.00</font>, 2 folds

Pot Size: $7.10

I think PFR is too small, s/b at least $2.00 next time. 10th hand at table.

Do ppl play pocket Aces this way? Easy fold for sure, just wondering if anyone has seen the Limp Reraise regularly in their games and what it means from certain types players.

Thx
