Given that you and villain is the only one in the hand you´re not getting great odds to call down because I think villain has an ace or better at least 3 out of 4 times.
It´s not that many guys that are stupid (or good) enough to raise without the goods when a UTG or UTG+1 raiser bets a board with AKxx on turn.

I think it's true to say that 3 out of 4 times the villain has an A or better when he raises. The question is how many times out of 10 does he have the A or better before you act on the turn. It's a fine line between missing value and spewing. I think I know how I'll approach it now.
