Default 3/6 nut flush, paired river, $650 bet

Villain in this hand was talkin trash all night, I was talking back to him and had stacked him about 30 minutes ago. I told him I would stack him again a few times and he talked trash back and gave me a hard time when I raised preflop. Sometimes he would float and fold me out, other times I would win without showdown. He's been difficult but exploitable as he'd been running 45/20 for some time now. His stack has been going through some swings but he's getting paid when he hits. I haven't seen him go this crazy on any river yet but he does over value hands and on top of that he was gunning for me. I think I won a couple of pots against him not too long before this hand and had him steaming a little. At first I put him on flush draw or some other random float then on the river I put him on a king and called. Thoughts?

Yeah, you'd have to be crazy to fold this.

Seems pretty unlikely that he wouldn't raise earlier with two pair or a set.

...and I bet a little less than $200 on river, I think. Maybe $175.
