Default SB ruins my plan, or does he....

2/4 NL on ftp (6 handed).

Both players are unremarkable. BTN seems very transparent.

I have been 3betting quite frequently, especially from the blinds with very good results thus far. I had a feeling I may be pushing it if I did it here but comments on PF are definitely welcome. Is this still a good squeeze hand/spot, or does my hand play better for one raise and closing the action?

On the flop I can see betting out as a very viable option as well but went for a bigger pot with the c/r. My hand plays well with almost any hand I am against so if I get stacks in is it really that awful?

When SB minraises with his already small stack, I was confused as to whether I wanted to isolate him now or create a side pot. Which is best? Or do you actually find a fold now?

SB: $190
BTN: $460
BB (me): $500

Folded to BTN who raises to $14. SB calls. I call with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

($42) Flop comes 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

SB checks. I check. BTN bets $35. SB raises to $70. I make it $270....

Button is folding most of the time, and SB is usually not folding...decent amount of dead money in pot, and SB doesn't have a 6 or better v often, so you are prolly pretty close to even equity

Here is my main dilemma....

Why is raising the flop better then calling?

BTN can lay down real hand to that action and you get to put it in vs SB's crappier draw

Given action, it seems more likely that SB doesn't have a crappy draw with his minraise and stacks. If he did, wouldn't he just shove?

Why do I want to knock out BTN if I am already behind SB for the main pot?
