I need to get $600 into pokerstars by sunday ...

But everything i've tried hasn't worked:

1) First tried loading with Visa Credit Card ... REJECTED
2) Then opened an Epassporte account ... tried loading it with my Visa CC ... REJECTED. And now i find out it will probably take 2-3 weeks to first verify my bank account, and then transfer money into epassorte from my bank account. um what?

There doesn't seem to be any other options available to load money into pokerstars ... so what else can i do?

Use MoneyGram.... it's currently 1:47pm Eastern... you could have the money in there by 2:47pm Eastern....

I haven't used Western Union, but I have used MoneyGram. Basically the same thing, I think. You set up the transaction on Stars, they give you some information on who to send the money to, and then go to a Western Union location (find the nearest one online), and give them cash. It all occurs pretty fast, based on my MoneyGram experiences. Less than a few hours end-to-end for the money to appear in your account.

Unfortunately, I don't see MoneyGram in my deposit options anymore. I think it was cheaper than Western Union for me.

Stick it in an envelope marked POKERSTARS,pop it in the mailbox and your good to go.

I think they renamed MoneyGram to Cash Transfer.

Moneygram (Cash transfer) is the fastest and easiest way to get money onto PokerStars. You don't need to set up any accounts or deposit money anywhere. All you do is have Stars send you the info, go to a Moneygram location and pay them. The money is usually in your account by the time you get home.

If you are wondering how you would get this money out - paper check.

So they have. You have to dig pretty deep to find a reference to MoneyGram. Thanks for the info. MG was definitely cheaper for me, and I could find them in many Wal-Marts, among other places. About $10 to send $600 using Express Payment, so not too expensive, and quick for me.

Email dad@pokerstars.com (the deposit assistance department) and say "Hi, my name is X, my phone number is Y, and I would like help depositing. Please call me ASAP."
