which line is scarier?

let's say villian is average regular solid 5-10 winning grinder who plays stats of somewhere around 20/15

you open in MP to 3x BB and are called only by the big blind

flop comes K 6 5 with a two of one suit

villian leads flop for pot, turn for pot, and river for pot

or

villian check-calls pot on flop and turn and then leads pot on river


I know that turn/river texture have a lot to do with this (e.g. if turn pairs board it is less likely that villian is check-calling with a draw but doesn't really change the likelyhood of him semibluffing with one though)

for this scenario let's pretend turn is an offsuit 2 and river an offsuit T (blankest cards I can come up with).
