While this movie isn't too bad, as far as profanity goes, I found USA's edit of Dazed and Confused to be the worst ever. Completely cutting the audio is one thing. Altering the dialogue with a poor voice actor is another. But, what USA did to the profanity in that movie was absurd. They changed curse words to gibberish. Bulls**t was changed to "nibits," for one example.

QUOTE:

"There's was a little bit a nibits there, right?"

"Oh yeah. Major nibits. MAJOR NIBITS."

Midnight Run...

Jack Walsh: I never took a payoff in my life and I'm not gonna start with someone like you.
Jonathan Mardukas: Why not?
Jack Walsh: Because you're a [censored] criminal and you deserve to go where you're going and I'm gonna take you there and if hear any more [censored] outta you: I'm gonna [censored] bust your head and I'll put you back in that [censored] hole and I'm gonna stick your head in the [censored] toilet bowl and I'm gonna make it stay there.

Caught Cheech and Chong on the Comedy channel once. Not only were the words censored they changed their pot into diamonds and instead of looking for a pot field they were looking for a diamond field.
