Las Vegas Anniversary Dinner Ideas

Need a little help - my (long suffering) wife of 15 years and I will be in Las Vegas for our anniversary - we'll be staying at the Mirage, but will have a car, so driving somewhere is fine.

Money not an object, but seafood is (she's allergic) - help an old guy make his wife's evening a nice one.....suggestions?

Its been a while (about 10 yrs) but my wife and I ate at the top of the Stratosphere tower at sunset once. Its a revolving restaurant so if you time it right you can watch the suset over the desert during your appetizer and then see the lights of the strip by dessert. Pretty cool.

I still owe OOT a review of this place, but I'm still contemplating it nearly 3 months later. Here's a quick summary: If you've eaten at some of the best restaurants in the country and want to experience what food perfection is, this is the place. By perfection, I mean it provides a dining experience so perfect, so tuned, that it will put all other dining in persepctive, and it will set a benchmark for all other food you ever eat. It's as if other food will remind you of a few notes you heard here, but Robuchon delivers the full symphony, every note perfectly played.

You'll be hard pressed to get out for less than $750 including tip for 2. Just let them know any dietary restrictions in advance, they should be able to work around it.

Delmonico is still my favorite restaurant in Vegas (steakhouse by Emeril Lagasse in the Venetian).

Excellent food, sides, wine, dessert, ect. I've eaten at much fancier/more expensive places in Vegas and elsewhere and I haven't topped my multiple experiences there yet. Highly recommended.
