It would be nice if this idiot Nifong were to have to face some form of discipline/punishment after this. It's obvious that he has been motivated solely by politics all along, and has damaged the reputations of a bunch of kids in the process.

I'm with you, Hopey. I think Nifong should face criminal charges for malicious prosecution (I'm sure there is some sort of crime associated with his gross abuse of power). I was very down on the lacrosse team at first (and I still think they sound like a bunch of douchebags who are far from innocents). As a Duke alum, I am disgusted with the negative publicity this has brought on the university. [censored] Nifong, he should be publicly flogged for this.
