Default FT down a few hours and made me lose $600, what should I do?

FullTilt crashed a few hours ago while I registered a few sit&Go heads up tournaments(Two tables were just registered, another one was running). Total was $600. Since system crashed, I had to leave. After I came back and login, my balance had $600 short. I was upset. This is the second time happened to me. The first time was my fault. My PC crashed and I lost $400. I was just registered and did not play. Today Fulltilt crashed , I lost $600. Definitely FT owes me $600. What should I do? I sent email to support no response yet.

wait for a response from FT would be an obvious step #2.

lol, seriously. What do you want to hear here OP?

Go the FTP downtime refund task force headquarters (there's one in every major city in the world), make sure and give them the secret passcode (it's "bacon"), and they'll give you your $600 back + $600 more for your trouble and lost wages.

I sent them an email at 10:30 when the problem first happened, with the lagging isssue after i closed it out i was unable to get back on, some were however and kept on playing so im not sure how much you can do. This was the response they sent me but still havent refunded money in my acct, ive seen post that claimed to get an extra 300 so i guess koodos ot them.
Thank you for your email. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our game servers are temporarily down pending emergency maintenance. If

you were seated at a table, the following will occur:

- If you were "in the money" in a tournament (or SnG), all players
still
in the tournament at the time of the cancellation will be awarded with
the next guaranteed payout and have their tournament fee returned. In
addition, the remaining prize pool will be distributed amongst the
surviving players based on their chip counts.

- If you were not "in the money", all players still in the tournament
at
the time of the cancellation will be refunded their tournament buy-in
and tournament fee. Players will have their buy-ins refunded in the
same
currency they used to enter the tournament (real money, tokens, etc.),
unless they earned their entry through a satellite, in which case, they

will be refunded the standard buy-in for the tournament. In addition,
the buy-ins of players already eliminated from the tournament will be
divided up and distributed to the remaining players, based on their
chip
counts.

- If you were involved in a cash game hand, the hand will be rolled
back, returning all money to those involved (including anyone who may
have folded).

Please note: If you were in a tournament, we will look at your chip
equity when the disconnections began and your chip equity at the time
of
the cancellation of the tournament and credit you with the greater of
the two. Also, anyone participating in our Ironman competition will be

treated as if they earned the full 200 points for July 3rd.

If you are inquiring about any other issue, please resend your request
and we will answer as soon as we are able.

We certainly do apologize for the inconvenience, and are working on
ways
to improve our network service to be more redundant, secure and stable.

We appreciate your patience and patronage at Full Tilt Poker.

Regards,

Jeremy E

E-mailing support immediately after crashes just adds to the e-mail queue.

We give very generous refunds, but it takes a day or two.

If we made a mistake or you aren't satisfied after that, then e-mail Support and they will take a closer look.

Sorry for the inconvenience AKQJT,

Doug
