Brag: My dog is a superstar

Her name is Nikita (Niki for short), she's a 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier. She was also in the movie "First Born" with Elizabeth Shue which came out on DVD (you'll find it in any blockbuster) a few months ago. She had several minutes in that as well.

She also played "Toto" in a high school musical last year in "The Wizard of Oz". She was on the stage for a ton of the show and had to do a few very tricky scenes, including pulling a rope to unveil the curtain at the end to expose to phony Wizard of Oz just like in the movie. And yes as you see below we did dye her black to fit the part.



She shot another commercial two weeks ago, not sure for what product or advertisement. We had to dye her some for this as well.





Niki as a runway model:



She has been in a few other commercials as well as magazines, but this is her more famous work that most of you have probably seen (barring the Wizard of Oz live musical ldo).

My mother is a dog trainer, I have very little to do with any of this. But she was a present to me several years ago, took her home when she was around 7 weeks old. She spends a lot of her time hanging out with me in my room and sleeping on my bed. It's pretty amazing to me how successful she is becoming, and she has this amazing personality which is hard to describe, very playful and loving though.

Anyways, pretty weak brag to most of you but this is pretty [censored] awesome to me. She is shooting another commercial tomorrow actually, except she is doubling for one of our other Jack Russel's "Isis". Isis has more of a puppy look which they're after, which is why she got the part over Niki.
