There are many pre-paid cards that work today i.e. Gift2Go, AllAccess, www-card however any of these could stop working if the banks implement blocks on gaming. ePassporte, WU and MoneyGram are also options. Many people find debit cards from very small regional banks work as many of those have also not yet implemented blocks, though they could in the future.
