Summary of Which Sites Have Abandoned oU.S. Please?

I had thought there was a sticky on the status of each pokerroom with the US. If someone can link me to a list of which sites have abandoned the US (actually more useful than which sites are currently still here) that would be great.

Any good summaries on the past year and how bad things have gotten that you know of would be fantastic too.
