He probably had you, but if you had just checked and called you could have found out for sure for the same amount of money. Any reason you didn't want to do that?

His hand is good like 95%+ here and the villain is folding 0%. I've said it a few times lately and I'll say it again, checking is retardedly results oriented.

Bet/fold is like at least a million times better than c/c here.

he probably has the Kh but when he calls the turn i think you are better off check calling the river than bet folding. he will definitely bet worse hearts on the river but might fold if you bet again. my read is he is trickier and more thinking than he seems and he will sometimes make a move here. he's kind of a betting station. but bigjoet has played much more with him than i have.

OK, so almost no one likes my suggestion, I wasn't sure it was best anyway, I just hate having to fold the second nuts here. I thought a lot of player might bluff on the river in this spot too, but maybe not. I still think I would have to call here even when raised with a good sized pot, although you probably are beat.

you should have called.....weigh what the pot is laying you vs. the chance he is bluffing. If there is even a slight doubt you should call. Is he aggressive, tricky in the least? I think this is -ev to fold

hmmm, pretty standard, easy fold

I had a similar but different situation two days ago against a guy who I hadn't played with in a long time, he used to be very very standard tag and never got out of line against me, I c/raised him on the turn and bet/folded river bc I thought my TPTK could be good never, he showed a bluff

but given your description, thinking this guy Bart would invest 2bb in a pot shis small, getting only 3:1 on a thin bluff would be plain wrong, easy fold
