Push the river? Are you serious? With low pair? You are beating basically no hands, and it just seems out of line.

The whole thing seems pretty much out of line. I can't say I haven't raised 2-3s from the CO before, but I wouldn't recommend it. A c-bet on the flop is OK I guess, but you gotta give up after that.

c-bet the flop. if he raises small, call, if he raises big, fold.

if he raises small and you call, c/r push the turn.
