anyone know which casinos have nl buyins above $100?
(ie 2/5, 10/25 nl etc). i checked the hard rock tampa's website, and they only show 1/2 nl with max buyin of $100. |

Re: planning a trip to FL
That $100 buyin is the biggest buyin in cash games in FL.
There are some bigger entrys/buyins in tournaments. |

Re: planning a trip to FL
The law restricts the buyin cap to $100. You'll find some rooms that run NL games with a higher blind structure (2/5 and 5/10) but you basically have guys buying in $100 at a time until they've all built up stacks to play at the higher blind structure.

Re: planning a trip to FL
There are gambling boats that leave from most ports of call that will spread bigger games. SunCruz Casinos being one of them.
Here's a link to their page. http://www.suncruzcasino.com/ |

Re: planning a trip to FL
ok this is a quote from the fourm about florida poker..."They're spreading all the various blind limits reported at 2p2 earlier, and people can buy-in for $100 and CASH PLAYS (!!!), so people can take cash with them with their $100 buy-in and it's just as good as any game in Vegas."...maybe i misunderstood what this quote meant
