Default 25NL Flopped Top & Bottom, Bad Turn Play?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Reads: Villan is 44.2/5.33/1.55 through 441 hands. He has been doing a lot of calling and showing very little aggression for the short time I have been at the table.

SB: $15.50
Hero (BB): $35.55
UTG: $31.50
UTG+1: $25.30
MP1: $33.30
MP2: $40.35
MP3: $44.05
CO: $21.45
BTN: $24.40

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (9 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.25, 3 folds, SB calls $0.15, Hero checks

Flop: ($1) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.65, UTG calls $0.65, 2 folds

Turn: ($2.30) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.50, UTG raises to $4.25, Hero folds

My plan here on the flop was to lead out on a scare card like this and fold to a raise, I guess my question is, is this the correct plan to take here? I figured the villan could have been slowplaying one a semi ragged board with a set or top two or he could easily have a hand hand like K10 KQ and made something on the turn.

I would pot the flop and then pot the turn, if he still raises a significant amount I'm probably folding. You are beat by AT/KJ/QJ/KQ, all hands in an UTG limper's range, not to mention he may have been trying to limp-raise with a bigger pp. I think the only hands that you are ahead of that might raise are AK and maaaayyyyybeee AQ. As played, I would fold here.

I think you played it well, except I would have bet .75 or 1.00 on flop and maybe a bit more on turn.

I'd bet a bit more on the flop, and like you did on the turn. A lot of hands that beat you here.

We beat QJ. Still behind more than we're ahead though

Bet a bit more on the turn, as played it's close but a fold. A guy like this shows up with straights/KQ/KJ more often then you think.
