Default I had a massive downswing today

I lost 16 buyins in about 8K hands today. How many buy ins could I have saved due to tilt/playing bad?

I really don't think I was tilting that much but maybe you guys can spot some bad plays in these hands and point out some possible savings.

How many are coolers and how many am I tricking myself into thinking they were coolers?

J9 - standard
AK - could be a fold pre readless, dont hate though
AA - bad beat
K9 - dont like the line, post in a diff thread for more views
33 - standardish - i bet flop and get it in there, but its going in regardless. Just a cooler
KK - raise flop - otherwise standard
AJs - hate the line, make new thread
QQ - standard enough if readless or if villain is aggro
QQ - i cant hate it, but id rather call the 3 bet then stack off on a good flop than 4 bet all in. Im probably wrong doing that though
KK - bad beat
AKs - standard enough, but missed some value - basically a bad beat
99 - fold to the turn bet. Arguably fold to flop bet
JT - check through turn, probably call river depending on what villain does
KK - you should fold to his shove, but i call here and i know this is a leak of mine
AQ - If you ever fold top two here readless consider giving up poker
A7s - somewhere between bad beat and spew. No idea which direction the weather vein points though

Originally wasn't going to read this because it's so long, but might as well.

Most of these really are just bad beats, sorry this happened. I'm loling at his slowplayed A/Q from the small blind against your K/9 though, what a psycho and what a horrible turn. I thought q/9 was definitely possible in the other thread wasn't really expecting A/Q... wow.

The pocket kings on the 7c8c/3x board absolutely has to be raised, and a lot. If he's calling you preflop and betting this flop he's betting his outs, there's no way he actually hit a 7 or an 8.

Most of the rest really are just bad beats.

1: Looks fine to me.
2: This preflop call is read dependant.
3: Raise more preflop. Flop bet should be larger, its very drawy flop
4: I would play it same way
5: Looks fine. Checking isnt bad, because the flop is dry and I assume cbet from villian.
6: Raise the flop.
7: Fold preflop, I hate playing dominated aces in raised pots, especialy out of
the position. As played I would check the flop and 100% check the turn. As
played fold.

8-9: I think these calls depends on reads. Probably I fold against unknowns.
10: Fine.
11: Fine.
12: Fold turn.
13: I would check the turn.
14: Fine.
15: Fine.
16: I would probably fold it pre; But I am noob@short-handed tables.

J9 - OK

AKo - I rarely if ever call off my entire stack with AKo in this spot. The best you can hope for is a coinflip, mostly you won't even get that after a 4bet b/c most folks' standard range for making the 4bet is AA/KK/AKs.

AA - OK, horrible suckout

K9 - Not sure you shoudl have called the turn raise, but whatever. B/f the river for around half of his stack, ie about 40. If he raises, what do you think he has that you beat? You gave yourself no chance to get away from this.

33 - standard cooler.

KK - raise flop big. This is horrible - what were you waiting for?

AJs - check turn, take free card. Once villain has c/c the flop bet it's unlikely you have much fold equity and you beat nothing, so why do it? Obv you have to call once raised up.

QQ - without a clear read, fold to 4bet. This is as bad, or worse, than the AKo call. WHat do you beat here?

QQ - same again. What do you think you beat here?

KK - OK, another horrible suckout.

AKs - unlucky suckout on the river, not much you could have done, prolly lost the minimum here.

99 - fold to flop raise without a really good read that he is doing this light.

JTo - I think I check behind on the turn, maybe call a modest non-heart bet, but I don't mind your line.

KK - that is a set a lot of the time, I think a really disciplined player might fold here because when it's not a set it's often a strong draw, but I might well call too. Tough beat.

AQo - standard cooler, villain was a bit stupid to call your 3bet unless you have been caught speeding recently or he has good reads.

A7s - ok this is a suckout and if youre going to 3bet light this a good spot and a good hand, but the play overall was pretty reckless, partic, if you were stuck a lot of money at the time. I only do this with a pretty specific read. Looks like your opponents may not be respecting your 3bets.

Overall, your play was pretty reckless and aggressive imo, there was a great deal of bad luck in there but your playing style invites a lot of variance, so you need to either tighten up or get used to this sort of swong depth.

Also playing short handed when stuck a lot of money usually makes things worse imo.

J9--nothing you can do here.
AK--I can't fold this unless the dude is a total nit. That being said, I lose this flip time after time. Dead money in the pot makes this okay to call the last shove.
AA--I would snapcall and get pissed off when they show up with T8spades or a set.
K9--I think you gotta fold the turn and definitely the river.
33--You're running like garbage.
KK--I raise the flop here and be wary of a drawy turn card.
AJ--This is horrible. I think you are a 4:1 dog (9 outs only) and I think you were only getting 1.5:1 on the call.
QQ--LOL see what I mean? I never win this flip either. You could fold this to a tighty since his range is weighted toward AA/KK but you still are okay with the dead money.
KK--can't do anything here either. NH.
AK--*shrug* what do you do different? These hands piss me off more than they should.
99--I fold the flop, definitely by the turn, even with the gutshot.
JT--raise preflop. Flop is borderline, check/fold turn.
KK--This is a draw as much as a set.
AQ--cooler!
A7--You could fold pre.....as played, you hit your hand on the turn. Gotta play it this way I think. If you check behind on turn you set yourself up to be pushed off on the river. You don't have enough behind to get away with a smaller turn bet.

Ugh, I just realized I fit this mold slightly I'll try to get my act together and start contributing some content; more so for my own benefit than others since I'm still getting used to not being a nit anymore so my advice might not be too great
