Communications Degree?

I'm a comm major right now, and my school makes you get a minor in another field. I guess the thought behind it is that you can communicate all you want, but if you don't have anything to communicate about then it's pretty worthless. Luckily my ex-gf's dad is president of the biggest TV station in new england, so ship the intership. i run good.

Thanks for the input.... I have taken quite a few classes in different areas and am actually fairly close to having a business minor. Would this help me quite a bit or not much?
