Default Best place to buy in florida?

Hell i wonna buy an apartement or house in florida. Im just wondering where is the best place to buy ? i want the place wich is the warmest and best. So in november you can go to the beach. Im also wondering about all the other expenses when you buy something in america. Like if the apartment costs 150 000$, how much more do i have to pay for ensurance and everything? im not from america thats why i dont know. How much will everything cost together

Near the beach insurance has become almost impossible to get. I would definately research this before you buy something. There is a state fund for those who can't get insurance, but it pretty expensive.

I would suggest the east coast, in your price range probably Melbourne down to Vero Beach. Also, we are in the middle of a real estate bust (as is most the country) so i would wait a while before buying anything.

as a general rule in the u.s. figure on about 3% of its real value for taxes insurance and repairs. varies by local though.

anything near a beach in a desireable area wont be 150,000 but you may get it there for a very modest smaller place.

search some real estate listing on the web to get an idea.

remember florida from march to october is quite warm and humid.

take a trip down the coast and see for yourself what you are finding. good luck.

thanx. I was thinking of giving max 200 000$. I have been looking around on the web and heared that West Palm Beach is a nice place. Bboth north and south from that area also

I'm not an expert in Florida reality... but I don't think West Palm beach for that price is feasable.

I could be wrong though.

No, homes are not selling, many homes are being foreclosed. With all that prices are not going down nearly enough.
