Good free FTP software for windows?

I try to upload stuff to my hosting server but for some reason all the windows software I try screws it up in some way or another, even firefoxftp. any ideas?

I have used Leech FTP in the past, and it worked fine.

FileZilla is a great open source (free) FTP client that I've used for several years. It's simple and works great.

FireFTP is a Firefox add-on that is constantly rated as one of the top 10 Firefox plug-ins. It might be worth a look also.

If you need a secure ftp client try winscp another open source program that works well when it does but it will still crash from time to time but mostly when it gets disconnected and is tring to reconnect. http://www.winscp.com/ ro find software
