Download AVG Anti-Spyware assuming you only have AVG Anti-Virus
AVG Anti-Spyware Also you could try Ad-Aware, Spybot Search&Destroy etc. If none of these work you can try to do a System Restore. If problem persists you will most likely have to reformat.
