Given his lack of 3bet, you aren't getting looked up here besides by a 9.
One thing that makes this dicey is his short buy. I've noticed that shortstacks can be terrible passive OOP even with decent holdings (pp up to TT), they will probably look you up with 66+. You need to fold him 60%+ of the time which I think is completely feasible.
