Default big bluff on double paired board

Hero is playing 23/19, semi LAG but nothing out of line, just being aggressive and winning lots of small pots. Villain is 28/18 over 150 hands, no reads.

No IQ poker 2.00/4.00, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

Turn (150.00) J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I am actually trying to make him fold a ten here. Spew or good bluff?

Just fold it, he might have a J and a lot of people wouldn't even fold a T.
