Default What to eat for Breakfast?

What do most people prefer for a healthy and fast breakfast. Also, please note that personally I do not like Eggs, so that kind of kills a lot of my breakfast choices. If anyone has any good ideas on what should be eaten/drank for breakfast, please make it known. Especially if they don't involve eggs for me

On most days I'm working out big bowl of oats with wheat germ and a couple scoops of peanut butter mixed in + protein shake.

Today had three eggs + turkey bacon on a whole wheat wrap

cottage cheese, fruit, nuts.

Side note: When I stopped looking at food as food and more as energy it made it easier to not label certain foods as breakfast only, lunch only, dinner only, etc... so what I mean is that while I still normally do eggs/cottage cheese, nuts and some sort of fruit for breakfast, I could also have a steak/chicken breast, some veggies and some fat. Or a huge salad with chopped chicken, etc...

Actually I just saw no eggs. Make some chicken the some other time and just heat it up and have a few bananas. I always eat bananas when im in a rush since 2 of them is ~54g carbs and takes about 1 min to eat.

50ish g of carbs (minimal simple sugars), at least 30g protein, 10ish g of fat
sorry to hear you don't like eggs. they do make egg whites only that come in cartons like milk, if it was the yolk turning you off. there are other alternatives like cold meats/ low carb/high protein soy milk...possibilities are endless

Oatmeal, OJ, and milk. 3/4 cup of oats (the cheap safeway kind), and about 4 oz's each of OJ and lowfat milk. I put raisins in my oatmeal and a little bit of brown sugar and cinnamon.

Then a couple hours later I have some yogurt as my mid-morning snack while I work.

On the weekends I eat bacon and eggs for the most part.

Fruit and yogurt is a good option. I used to eat grape nuts a lot, too.

Just found this thread. Some good suggestions that I am going to try to use.

I'm a school teacher. So I can't have the mid morning "meal" that some have suggested. I normally eat breakfast around 6am, and the school lunch period begins about 10:45 or so. Any other suggestions for breakfast foods? This is the toughest meal of the day for me. Too often, I end up at McDonalds or something. I have some Carnation Instant Breakfast. Is that stuff ok? Perhaps with a small bowl of Cheerios? Any other suggestions? Thanks!
