skunkworks,

There's probably like 4-6 ounces of sausage in with them. It was like two orgiastic meals yesterday because I felt necessary to indulge myself.

Skool,

Yes, I ate some stuff later and passed out during the day. (I know this isn't optimal.)

All,

I ran some sprints on Friday and had some real rough DOMS all weekend in my quads. I took Sat/Sun for rest. Yesterday involved a casino trip, and several meals where I gorged myself. Not enough meals, but alas, the chance to down 2k calories in one sitting is very inviting.

School has a very bad week in store for me, so it won't be a very effective week. I've also had trouble sleeping this weekend (Probably not helping with DOMS).

Today:
Upon waking ~3 I enjoyed some leftover Thai. Coffee at 5:30. I have class and expect to come home and have a light snack to be followed with a workout. Will report back on my dinner/late night meals while I grind out 4-5 more pages for my project.

Why so light on DB bench? Is that just a DB press? Seems light if you can bench 185lbs for 5 reps no?

Its a feeder workout. I got a cramp in my hip flexor and so I switched to pushdowns. Just enough to get a little blood flowing.

Vanity measurements:

Calves 16.5
Arms 14.25
Forearms 12
Thigh 22.5

I just did my thigh measurement vaguely in the middle. I'm not sure of how exactly you do measurements that are suppose to be quoted. Whatev.
