Had one. Solved it. implemented the following tips.
will write more through PM, if you want.

A.) recognize beginning stages of anger, and cut it
off before it escalates. beginning emotions are:
frustration and annoyance.

B.) if unsuccessfully, and you get truly angry,
that is not a problem in and of itself. you WILL
get angry. what you do and say is then the problem.

C.) recognize the negative behavior associated with
your anger: violence, profanity, screaming, threats,
remonstrating, other forms of revenge, abuse, etc...
and with all your strength, avoid these. if you are
successful, then pat yourself on the back.

D.) if you are out of control and you KNOW you're
out of control, REMOVE yourself from the situation.

recently, for example, my daughter did something
that sent my emotions through the roof. i knew if
i stood there, i was going to start cussing a blue
streak, etc... so i just grabbed my jacket and
car keys and took off. sure, i swore my head off
in the car, but at least no one heard me.

E.) getting good sleep, avoid OD-ing on caffeine,
nicotine, sugar and booze are also highly recommended.

I'll introduce you to my cousin, who is the world champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for his weight class and LOVES starting fights. Over anything. He's a little scary.

Go see a doctor. You could very easily end up hurting yourself or others because of this problem, which is more than enough reason to see a doctor.

Sponsor, [seeing George at the meeting]: "George, here, have a seat."
George, [sitting down]: "Where's Hanke?"
Sponsor, [motioning to the leader]: "Shhhhh."
Leader: "OK, let's get started. Welcome to Rage-aholics Anonymous."
George: "What? Rate-aholics?"
Sponsor: "George, this can help you."
George: "Hey, I am not here for rage. I'm here for revenge."
Leader: "Excuse me. We have a 'no yelling' policy at these meetings."
George: "Excuse me. Am I talking to you, Pinhead? Am I?!"
Leader: "Please don't call me 'Pinhead'."
George: "I'm losin' it!"

Very helpful. Not sure how I'll implement it but we'll see. I thought this forum was deleted so it took a lil while to reply.
