The other, and likely bigger problem, was that the big youtube providers of HSP were also hosting WPT and WSOP episodes.

Much more likely for Disney to come in cracking the whip than GSN/Mori.

A while ago. All the WPT clips were forcibly removed by Youtube. I didn't press it. Not sure offhand if any of the others did and if that's why they're suspended now.

well you just watch 5 of them in a row, they are all 9 minutes long.

I think if he knew how to compress video files better, he could prolly make them longer, like 15 minute clips... not sure though.
