My Neteller acct is still locked (2+ weeks)

They told me that they will not be reopening my account.

They have yet to release my funds to my bank account despite numerous requests for it.

Yeah. I'm Australian. They claimed that the docs I sent them (utility bill, etc) were too old (about 2 years old). I suspect however that this is just a runaround.

1) Why have u gotten harsher treatment than everyone else? I thought most ppl were having success getting NT to re-open their acct, as long as they did not do any more transfers?

2) Even if they do not reopen it, why would you expect them to release your money to your bank acct, when no one else can get them to release their monies? (or are u not american...?)

They (presumably since they have never answered my questions on the matter) closed my account for helping Americans in the p2p network.

The amounts still on my neteller acct are small (+/- $20), but it's still MY money. Considering the fact my account got closed for something that they (neteller) were actively endorsing (p2p transfers), the fact that they refuse to talk to me or credit my bank account seems a little injust.

ASFAIK, no deposits in poker sites, no transfers, no withdrawals to bank accounts.
