Is it against the rules of 2+2 to send someone an affiliate link in a PM? I'm not talking about doing it in mass.... just once, to someone I think would be particularly interested. I only ask because the site I'm promoting has very strict anti-spam regulations (when you're in violation of a forum's rules), and I don't want to take any chances.

I don't work here, but if they haven't specifically asked for the link it should be a no no.

If the person indicated in a post or whatever that they are looking for a new affiliate, that would probably be ok. But you better be sure, because Spam is in the eye of the receiver.
