Since the new legislation was passed the games have changed on many sites. What site do you guys have the best win rates as far as middle stakes? What games are the least stressful and easiest to beat?

I personally have no experiences on the UB game but I hear its tough?

I still like PartyPoker myself - they have good games. Actually, every site I've been to has good games, with more than 2 players AI PF very often, and you can run up sick deep stacks and start gettin chips left and right.
