i know that this was a huge pot and all, but the fact that they ran it 3 times really takes away from the 'omg' factor of a $750k pot

The important point I took away from it is Luckbox > God

You all seem to be forgetting we know what Jamie's cards were on flop.

I agree he was acting very strong as he didnt talk a lot and raised vs his normal calling PF.

However, I would guess Jamie was playing close to 50% of his hands that session and has a history of being a loose donk that bluffs too much.

The analysis shouldnt be at the huge hand vs gutter in deeptsacked NL level as Jamie's range is huge. A,K,J can all be outs and PA can even have the best hand as-is.

Dont assume that just because it is is live PA knows 100% he has monster. Every other hand Jamie has 2 unders so why does he have QQ+ here automatically.

Also anyone know who is Eric Drake is. I goggled him and he's either a young real estate guy or a guy that directed porno movies with Marilyn Chambers.

He and Mori produce the show, as well as PAD, Superstars etc.

what do you think about Jamie's turn raise? PA bets 45k, so there is about 100k in the pot, then Jamie raises another 250k. What in the world is he gonna get called with other than the nuts in this spot? what are Jamie's options here? Call or shove? if he's going to raise at all, does it have to be all in? i guess if he raises he has to raise to at least 150k, and then he might just as well go all in, but still I can't see PA calling him here with a smaller set or two pair.
Would you ever just call with top set here for pot control?

Forget Gold, Laliberte is the biggest donk in the history of HSP.

I hate these threads turning into retarded debates about one single hand or some personal clashes.Loved the show to.

When PA was waiting to hear the magic words "All-in" it was a magical moment. Too bad he ended up losing.

BTW. On season 1 and 2 running it three times meant that one player will scoop the whole pot. That's how I understood it. This was explained by Eli Elezra in one of the episodes where they ran it twice. Running it twice was better according to Eli has it gave to "even it out". I guess I understood the concept wrong.
