Default Full Tilt Hand History Problem

I just bought a new computer. Its running Windows Vista. I put Pokertracker and PA Hud on it and starting recording hand histories on Full Tilt. I checked the box next to "Save My Hand Histories" and it recorded about 1500 hands. Then I came back to play again and it wouldnt save any hands to the designated folder. I emailed Full Tilt but they are taking forever to respond. Anyone know whats wrong?

Thanks

I have almost the same problem except I haven't been able to save ANY hands yet. My HandHistory folder wasn't even created and even after I built that, still no HHs.

Let us know if you get a response from FT.

I think what causes this is not running FT as Administrator in Vista. By accident, I ran it and PT as Admin yesterday and I started getting Hand Histories.

But then my action buttons would freeze which was caused by Poker Ace NOT running as Admin.

So the lesson here is that in Vista, always run your Poker programs as Admin.

Cheers,
Bill
