Default FT400 KK reraised checkup

Full Tilt Poker, $2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (SB): $406.40
BB: $677.30
UTG: $402.90
MP: $190.80
CO: $359.50
BTN: $949.40

Pre-Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
2 folds, CO raises to $14, BTN folds, Hero raises to $54, BB folds, CO calls $40

Flop: ($112) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks

Turn: ($112) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $74

CO is 40/19/3.5/88 . Down $600 in 300 hands. Target obviously.

I figured this flop made a c/r suitable. If I bet and I get raised I'm never in great shape whereas given his lagtard style he will sooner lose money with worse or possibly bet/fold the flop.

He checked behind quickly leading me to believe he's not trapping and just has a very weak made hand or nothing at all, so I lead the turn.

Like?

What do we do if we're raised on the turn.

I like this against a player who would raise and commit with pair/straight draw, flush draw etc. Against looser weaker plays I prefer a bet/call.

sweet, another near-trivial thread from nielsio

he will obviously shove worse than KK on the flop, and your equity is solid vs 2pairs, so get it in please. you're only really worried about sets and flopped straights--not a huge number of combos in his ridiculous range. your gutshot and the fact you hold a club means you're actually ahead of some combo draws as well.

as played get it in on the turn. anyone who maintains a 3.5 af with 40 vpip is aggressive enough for this, and it's not even close.

Bet out the flop. As played, against this 40/19, I'd get it all in the middle since the turn didn't change anything.
