Default dumb spot vs numbr2pencil

played with this guy a couple times but not much in the way of reads. Someone told me he was nitty I think, but not sure. Do you do the same here that you would with AA?

yea i would just shove

edit: in the way of same as AA, this is a little different because we kill combos of 888 and 777 for him, so the % of his range when weighing from overpairs to hands >AA here has to go down in some way- also, he can have AA more since we dont' have it

all of your options suck here obviously but shoving just instinctively feels really poor to me. if you check will he not jam like JTss or the like?

ps exactly for this reason, i think c/rai on this flop is pretty sexy. plus it looks like you're giving up with AQ on the scary board sometimes.

Shoving is definitely the play imo. I think the bet/check line is just bad in this spot, but I don't mind the flop c/r

I don't think there's any chance he flat calls spades on the flop

I'm getting a boner thinking about how hard I would c/r this flop. It's >>> betting.

I would check turn and decide based on what he does. It's gonna be a tough spot.
