Horrible idea, unless you desperately want a new nicotine addiction.

Three things stop my hunger pains:

1) Going for a walk

2) Brushing my teeth (who's hungry when feeling minty fresh)

3) Double meat Whataburger, fries and Ben & Jerry's for dessert.

#3, every Friday. It's my OMG Super cheat meal. Takes me until Monday to get back to even.

I usually just sit down in front of my comp with a healthy snack food, at which point I inevitably start to pack them into my mouth. An example would be baby carrots... sometimes if I get that hunger feeling, I'll just put a bag in front of me and look up to an empty bag an hour and a half later. And I'm usually not hungry for a long time after that. I barely even notice eating them, which is one reason why it's a bad idea for me to ever sit down with a big bag of something that isn't healthy. Just rotate out the healthy snacks and you'll be fine and you won't have that hunger feeling.
