I think you could still put a cap on there.

Wouldn't that benefit the lower level teams? Much like it's benefitted smaller market teams in the NFL?

Trends so far: Serie A and C seems like they'd be pretty competetive overall. Serie B Would be an interesting one to watch. Only 2 teams are originally left in Serie A & C. So far I think this system would've produced better games. On to the next 10 seasons...
