The villain is 27/7 and I have a note on him saying "Openminraised KTo from EP @ 25/50" FWIW.

After you posted BB you hve t1230 left and your M=5. Based on that and the fact you believe he is a little on the loose side, I would shove.

You are probably in a race, but you are getting about 1.5 to 1 on your pot odds and you are probably 52/48 fav.
