Default Fantasy Baseball - Playoff Add/Drop/Start/Sit Thread

Im getting hammered in my one keeper league 11-3 right now and its so bad already i have little chance of making it back in some categories. Here is how it stands right now

Runs Im down 23-13, HRs down 11-3, RBI down 24-17, SB down 3-1, Hitting K's down 18-25, AVG down 351-265, OPS down 1.20-8.04, Wins up 2-0, Losses down 0-1, SVs up 2-1, Ks up 33-3, ERA down 0.00-3.82, WHIP down .50-1.43, K/BB down INF-2.20

My Roster

C - Vmart
1B - Delgado, Youkilis, Jacobs
2B - Upton
3B - Atkins, Gluas
SS - Tejada
OF - Wells, Bay, Damon, Hawpe, Hamilton

SP - Pedro, Zambrano, Gorzo, Wainwright, Smoltz, Javier Vazzy, Halladay, King Felix, Burnett
RP - Gregg, Nathan, Lidge
DL - Hamels

So i have Delgado, Glaus and Bay all hurt and all possibly out for the year but none are on the DL. Its a keep 8 league, so i would like to keep my keeper options as good as possible, but obviously i want to win now. He has had no SPs go so far, so as far as i know he is not trying to punt pitching. He has fewer SPs and they are of lower quality. We have like a 25IP minimum Requirement.

So do i drop guys like Delgado and Hamilton and add speedster/run/low k guys like crisp, mcclouth, lugo, patterson etc. or do i stick for now?

Alright time to decide on keepers already in one league. We have to pick them now and can alter them in Spring Training a little if we wish. I need some help on picking them.

15 Guys can be kept, no prices, standard drafting, 12 team mixed.

C - Victor Martinz, Jason Varitek
1B - Travis Hafner, Adam LaRoche, Mike Jacobs, Richie Sexson
2B - Howie Kendrick, Brian Roberts, Mark Grudzielanek
SS - Dustin Pedroia, Brandon Wood
3B - Mike Lowell, Kevin Kouzmanoff, Hank Blalock, Eric Chavez, Scott Rolen
OF - Bobby Abreau, Carl Crawford, Matt Kemp, Kenny Lofton, Ryan Church, Jonny Gomes, Coco Crisp, Carlos Gomez

P - Felix Hernandez, John Lackey, Johan Santana, Javier Vazquez, Tim Hudson, Matt Cain, Pedro Martinez, Noah Lowry, Erik Bedard, Mark Prior, Mike Gonzalez

Also Rosters are very deep so im fine with keeping 2-3 guys at a position, they have like 20 starting positions. I would list the categories, but i think they use every single one possible so whats the point.
