Minor PokerStars BG/Mod Problem

There are Chat/Notes/Stats/Info tabs behind on the background, how do I remove the ones infront? If you know what I mean [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

but those are the ones I want, because they fit the background! Why are they even part of the background image if they can never be used/seen?

Because whoever made, arranged, or pieced together the background, foreground, and foreground alpha-channel mask didnt do a very good job. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
