This is not right. f97tosc was the first to post a derivation of (7 - 3\sqrt{5})/2. That was hard math and is arguably the heart of the matter. He/she(?) also contributed in other significant ways. This thread has over 1000 views and is currently the fifth listed result in a Google search for "ibm ponder this," so we should not unfairly minimize anyone's contributions.
