Allowing a straddle on a kill pot just makes having to post the kill a bigger disadvantage. That's probably why it's not usually allowed.

It's allowed at the Potawamomi in Milwaukee, WI. I know it's not nearly the norm, but just point of information.
(of course it could always vary from dealer to dealer, you never know)

FWIW in Calgary all the limit games have full kill and allow straddles during kills. You just have to straddle twice as much as usual.

Never knew it wasn't allowed at other places.
