Default OT: Different structures...anyone interested?

Would anyone else really like for Stars to add some new SNG structures? They seem pretty open to appease customers, so I thought if several of us e-mailed, maybe they would try it out. They've added higher level turbos, and 180 man tourneys at the request of customers.

I'm thinking of things like:

1) Deep stacked SNG (maybe start with 3k chips)...wouldn't be my preference.

2) Winner takes all SNG ($10 tourney, 1st gets $100)...wouldn't play these personally, but I can imagine they'd get some play.

3) Flat payout SNG ($10 tourney, 1-5th get $20)...I'd love these, they would finish really fast (as soon as 5 people were eliminated), the variance would be almost non-existent.

Any other ideas? Anyone like/hate this idea?

Personally, I excel at satellite structures and many people play them very poorly. For that reason, and the fact that they'd take less time to complete, I like #3.

#2 would be a very good plan for anyone that get's a high % of 1sts, but they wouldn't be very popular.

#1 would have a much lower $/hr rate, and I don't think the reduced variance would make up for that.

It could also mean that some sharks move to a different game.

I agree with your assessment of all of them. I think that fish could be attracted to each one, but definately #3 would be ideal for most people here. I'd love to see it implemented, although it's probably unlikely.

The tournies would end very fast, and give PS some more rake/hr, so it could make sense for them also.

I just played my first satellite MTT today (to the Sunday million), and happened to make it with very little effort, and it is mostly the reason I thought of this thread. #3 resembles a satellite, which seem to have a high profitablity expectation for players who adjust correctly.
