Stars tourney histories taking forever?

I moved to stars after the party closedown, but I had played there several times in the past. Then, when I would request tourney summaries, they would take a second or two each.

However, since Party closed, it seems like each tourney summary I request takes well over 10 minutes, sometimes 30 minutes. This seems pretty ridiculous. I like to check out my previous set in PT before starting a new set, but am unable to do this because it just takes forever...I give up waiting and start my next set.

I've e-mailed stars, but they didn't seem too impressed with my concern, just saying that it takes longer when there are more requests...but I can't imagine there is a 20 minute backlog of requests.

I haven't seen anyone else comment on this anywhere...is this only happening to me? I guess I'm just suprised that no one else finds this terribly annoying if everyone is waiting this long.
