Brag: Final Tabled the first MTT I have played in like 2 years (last night's $25+2.5)

Beat: A2s << KJs

Variance: I was in the top 4 when we hit the final table and then went card dead...

Alternate Variance: There *were* only about 50 people in the tourney.

WEll I almost final tabled a $10 rebuy pot limit omaha game (80players)

12 players left, I'm in second position, do a little dance with the chip leader (he has 65000 I have 62000 chips), I get the nut flush, on a non paired board, I check repot pot pot pot allin, and he rivers his fullhouse. Lol donkaments.

Now for something totally different though, I was running really bad this morning, and lost quite a bit of money, besides that I also made 2 misclicks (see the top of this page) the first ones in my life, costing me $90 and $50 and still I'm up

I admit the graph is a bit ugly but this is october so far

I think I have to permenantly move to ssnl, so this will be my goodbye present to you guys:

Since I can't really advice anyone on poker strategy, so what about a small movie that always cools me down when I'm on tilt?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bCbSFxNIZY

Just thank me later, when you are a ssnl player

stop thinking about swings in the way that they have any shape or size. swings are never "starting" nor "over" and cannot be escaped by moving "around" them or whatnot. Don't develop a feeling that you deserve something or don't deserve something. It's a continuum. If you see that you are losing over an extended period of time, check your game. Make a vid or something. Thinking in terms of swings that start somewhere and end somewhere will make you paranoid and will encourage you to blame your results on the wrong persons. You are losing NOW for quite some time, so do something about it even if it just were that you proved that you are the unluckiest man alive. It doesn't matter how the graph looks in hindsight. Stop looking at graphs. Seriously. Don't make graphs. Don't study them. Absolutely nothing good comes off them, because it only makes you long for what is long lost and should be forgotten about. You should only care about the lessons you can learn from your results, i.e.: how is your play NOW?!?

Sorry for the rant. Wanted to influence your perspective.

Some of you might call this marginal or -ev but I don't know what it is sometimes you just get the feeling that he doesn't have it. I just thought he didn't have it,sometimes you have to go with your gut feeling, I don't do it often but this time i was 85% certain he didn't have it, don't ask what it was.

Kabo: Holy [censored], that guy is a [censored] hippie. I haven't smoked in a couple years, but watching 5 mins of that video made me wanna get baked as [censored] just so I could watch it again.

Thing: Post PT shot of past 30K hands.

PJ: The "i wasted all of them in the brew, i am a brew bitch" line made me lol for probably like the 3rd time ever on these forums.

Don't worry, I know what you're saying is true. I made that graph for fun/to be funny (whether it was or not). But actually, I disagree with:

[/ QUOTE ]

You can't learn anything from your results. The only real impact your results should have on your play is how it affects your tilting and how it affects your bankroll management.
