i agree that 4L might be possible if we keep the nudie girl drawing in the lower left portion of the 4.

Also we can thicken the letters somewhat, and add a border

I thickened the vertical part of the first B and then started an outline for the bottom bubble. I'm running low on ink so can someone fill that in and then start on the top bubble? Once we get the first B thickened up we can start with the white.
